2. Before we provide options for your loan, we listen carefully to your needs - even your unexpressed needs.
3. Based on our understanding of your needs, we will not provide you with a mortgage solution we wouldn't give to our own mother.
4. We aggressively acquire an ever-increasing range of loan programs for our clients so we have something to meet the needs of nearly everyone who comes to us for a loan. If we don't have a solution for you, more than likely you won't find one anywhere else.
5. Our goal is to make the loan process as simplified and easy as possible.
6. Any time you call us about your loan, at any point in the process, our goal is to get back to you with a solution or feedback within 24 hours at the very latest.
7. We strive to exceed our client's expectations by obtaining final loan approval three days before the settlement deadline (where possible), thus allowing an early close if you desire.
8. We strive to ensure a seamless closing by:
a) Honoring the terms of our initial Good Faith Estimate as closely as possible;
b) Reviewing settlement statements in advance for accuracy;
c) Arranging for documents to be received at the title company on time; and
d) Notifying you in advance of any details pertaining to the closing, including cash needed to close.
